V-Groove (Ductile)

Ductile steel forged wheels are multi-functional for either floor operation or inverted angle iron track in production lines. Relief groove in the "V" assures proper weight distribution and makes wheel and track "self-cleaning", while a partial flat-tread permits rolling the wheels directly on floors as well.

Ductile steel v-groove wheels are the highest capacity option up to 8000 Lbs on relatively even and smooth surfaces. It is available in wheel diameters that range from 6" to 10", and tread widths of 2-1/2" to 3" and is able to withstand temperature extremes and high impacts.

* Not recommended for towing, or fragile loads on rough floors.

Temp range: -45°F to +180°F (For + 800°F, specify metal-only bearing components.)
